Gold Partners China was awarded yearly key corporate taxpayer contribution award for 13 successive years since 2010 from the Shanghai Hongkou District People’s Government, in recognition of our lawful and compliant operation as well as our taxation contribution.
2013 Tax Contribution of the Year Award
In April 2014, Gold Partners Shanghai branch was granted the “Tax Contribution of the Year Award” by Shanghai Hongkou District People’s Government for its overall scale of business tax and corporate income tax payment amounting over RMB10 million which resulted in a remarkable contribution for the economic development of Shanghai.

In April 2013, State Administration of Taxation (SAT) Anhui Provincial Office and Anhui Local Taxation Bureau issued “Tax Credit Rating Certificate” and granted A-grade tax credit rating to Gold Partners Anhui Branch.
2012 Tax Contribution of the Year Award issued by Shanghai municipal government
In December 2012, Gold Partners Shanghai branch was granted the “Tax Contribution of the Year Award” for its strict compliance of national laws and its overall scale of tax payment.
This is the third successive years Gold Partners Shanghai branch received tax payment awards from the Hongkou District Government, in recognition of our lawful and compliant operation as well as our taxation contribution.
2011 Excellent Taxpayer Awards issued by Shanghai municipal government
In December 2011, Gold Partners Shanghai branch was awarded the Excellent Taxpayer Award by the Hangkou District government. This was the second consecutive year we obtained the award.
Awarded Service Outsourcing Key Enterprise Certificate by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce
In September 2011, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce assessed Gold Partners Shanghai branch on factors such as overall size, share of offshore incomes, development speed, business innovation and industry ranking etc, and recognised it as one of the key outsourcing services providers.

In January 2011, Gold Partners Shanghai branch was awarded the “Excellence in Tax Payment” by the Hangkou District government, in recognition of our lawful practice and taxation contribution.
China’s Top 100 Emerging Outsourced Service Providers awarded by Investment Promotion Council under Ministry of Commerce PRC
In June 2010, Gold Partners Shanghai branch was awarded “Top 100 Emerging Outsourcing Services Provider” by the China Council for International Investment Promotion under the Ministry of Commerce in conjunction with the world-renowned research and advisory agencies Gartner, IDC and TPI.
Assessments involved various aspects such as company size, development speed and business innovation. Gold Partners was the only consumer finance consultancy services provider being awarded this honour.
First recognised financial services outsourcing enterprise by Shanghai credit management authority
Our professional operation has been recognized by the regulatory authorities in China. In September 2008, Shanghai Credit Management Office issued a registration certificate to our Shanghai branch, and we became Shanghai’s first financial services outsourcing enterprise that passed the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) Shanghai Office’s examination and gained their recognition, with the recommendation from banks.
Co-organize “Beijing Credit Management” with PBOC
In January 2007, the Business Administration Department of the People’s Banks of China (PBOC) visited Gold Partners Beijing branch for an in-depth understanding of our operation workflow, monitoring mechanism, personnel quality, quality control, code of operation and code of conduct. Gold Partners was then invited into the editorial board of PBOC’s quarterly publication “Beijing Credit Management” and contribute articles regularly on topics such as the exchange rate of Renminbi, development of credit rating institutions, credit services and credit risk management.
ISO 9001 accredited by BVQI, a French quality certification company
Gold Partners’ operation workflow achieves international recognition. In March 2000, Gold Partners Taiwan branch passed the vigorous audit of French quality certification company BVQI and became the first Asian credit risk management company certified for ISO 9001. Up to now, all certification renewal audits are passed.
Honest and professional Compliant Taxpayer Excellent Business Performance Award granted by Taiwan National Taxation Bureau
In July 2007, Gold Partners Taiwan branch was granted the award of “Excellent Business Performance in Issuing Uniform Invoices 2007” by the Northern District National Taxation Bureau of the Ministry of Finance. This award not only shows the financial strength of Gold Partners, but also testifies to our integrity, professionalism and law compliance.
